A turquoise-trimmed doorway interrupts the warm surface of a traditional adobe wall. Strong sunlight, carved textures and simple geometry capture the distinctive character of Taos Pueblo architecture. Made with organic material from the site of the painting (sand, dirt and even bits of grass!).
